REALTOR®Combining her entrepreneurial spirit and finance background with her passion for real estate and desire to help people, Angela McCaffrey is a North Jersey native whose reputation is rooted in her sharp data-based decision-making skills and dedication to impeccable customer care.
She founded CityWest with her business partner and childhood best friend, Caitlin DiRuggiero, to help clients understand and navigate the community that raised them.
Angela takes an analytical yet personable approach to the buying and leasing process as she guides clients toward obtaining the best deal possible on their dream home. Similarly, she assists property owners, sellers, developers, and investors through smooth, stress-free experiences that generate handsome ROI.
Over the last 10+ years, Angela has become an award-winning negotiator and expert at analyzing and advising clients on the nuances of various financial approaches and avenues to a real estate transaction.
Angela wasted no time pursuing her passion for real estate at the young age of 21, as she immediately began her full-time real estate investment sales career right after graduating with a finance degree from Providence College.
She recently served as a field hockey and lacrosse coach and is currently an Alumni Council board member at her alma mater, the Montclair Kimberley Academy. She is an active board member for The Arc of Essex County and, alongside Caitlin, co-owns the multi-award-winning fitness brand Corefire, which has two North Jersey locations. Outside of work, Angela is often playing paddle and pickleball at the Montclair Golf Club. She is happily married to the love of her life, Patrick, and has one son, Tommy.
