Meet Laura

Laura DeLucia is a licensed New Jersey REALTOR® with CityWest Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers across Essex County and the surrounding New Jersey communities.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Laura grew up in Monmouth County before relocating to North Jersey, where she has built deep roots in the communities she now serves. Last year, she navigated the home buying process herself as a first-time buyer in Bloomfield, and that experience gave her firsthand understanding of what buyers are really going through, from the excitement to the anxiety to the moment it all comes together.


Before entering real estate, Laura spent nearly a decade in operations and strategy roles at some of the most recognized names in the technology industry. That background sharpened her ability to analyze data, manage complex processes, and negotiate effectively, skills she brings directly to the table for every client.


Laura has spent years creating content about North Jersey living, covering historic homes, estate sales, local businesses, and neighborhood culture across TikTok and Instagram. That work gave her something that is difficult to teach: a genuine connection to the communities she serves and a deep familiarity with what makes each neighborhood special. It is the same curiosity and local knowledge that now informs how she approaches real estate.
