With a background in commercial real estate, asset management and construction, Christopher Shearin made the jump to residential so he could more directly benefit individual buyers and sellers.
As a fourth-generation Essex County native, Christopher shares his wealth of local knowledge with buyers whether they’re new to North Jersey or just interested in getting acquainted with a new area. His keen instinct for matching clients with neighborhoods and homes helps introduce a wide array of possibilities in areas they may not have been aware of or might not have otherwise considered.
Clients can count on open communication and Christopher’s attentiveness and trustworthiness throughout the real estate journey. A jack of all trades, he is quick to roll up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the home buying and selling process as painless as possible. Comfortable talking shop with contractors, electricians, engineers and other service professionals, Christopher is always happy to intercede on behalf of a client.
Outside of real estate, Christopher stays active playing golf and platform tennis. He coaches hockey for the same team he played on as a child, donates his time to Fells Brook Club, assists the Volunteer Fire Department with event planning, and sits on the Essex Fells Skating Pond Committee.
